Vmeals Meets with Catholic Charities in Baltimore

On Tuesday November 6th, 2007 Vmeals.com met with Catholic Charities to do a lunch and learn.  I brought with me many of my restaurants and caterers that I represent.  There was Darren Samuels of Chesapeake Food Works who always brings mini crab cakes.  Dana Gans of G & G Creative Catering came to his first presentation and brought their famous homemade Chips.  Marie Louise Catering was there with owner Marie Ransome with her usual fare of marinated flank steak and chicken marsala.  Mondo Bondo and Catering Manager Betty Nsingo came with their most popular salad and desserts.  Christina from Pastore's of Rosedale brought stuffed shells and chicken marsala as well as a sampling of their sandwich platter and salad.  And lastly there was Ken Higgens owner of Heavenly Ham presenting his sandwich platters and boxed lunches.  Everyone enjoyed the meal and from what I hear the presentation caused quite a buzz as well.

Vmeals looks forward to providing service to Catholic Charities.  The first thing I did when I got home, that I do with all non-profits is to set up a billing account so they can get credit for the tax out of the Vmeals total as they are tax exempt.  Having a billing account and showing this tax credit on all receipts is a very valuable tool for non-profit organizations.

If you would like to have a lunch and learn at your location please contact me, Eric Bonardi, at ebonardi@vmeals.com  or call me on my office phone in Baltimore at 443-341-6780 I will get a time that is suitable for all and there should be enough food leftover to feed the entire staff of your office.

Please check out www.vmeals.com I know you will enjoy our ease of use and functionality.

Cheers!
