Welcome John Frizzera

We are pleased to announce that John Frizzera has joined the Smith Content team as Project Manager. A process-driven professional writer, John will be your main contact point for developing business-focused marketing messages. Formerly a journalist and an entrepreneur, John ran his own marketing and consulting business for several years after graduating from James Madison University. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Science marketing program at Johns Hopkins University . John has a passion for the written word and a dedication to the fine art of business communication.

Clients and partners of Smith Content will appreciate John's straightforward, collaborative approach to running our ContentSmithTM process for content development. With a special emphasis on creating business-focused, revenue-generating content, John helps our clients achieve effective messaging for print, Internet, direct response, broadcast and narrowcast campaigns. He manages a team of Smiths who are experts in writing, editing and proofreading original content, including such high-concept copywriting as ad copy, company and product naming, and sloganing.

As always we will continue to be there for you in an advisory capacity. The consultative products we write for you - such as Marketing Action Plans (MAPs) - are designed to be strategic (uncovering the core business case at hand and laying out the overall strategy) and at the same time tactical and event-driven (determining the marketing mix, the order in which that mix should be applied and calculating both cost and return on investment). Our Report and Recommendation (R&R) is a good place to start for companies that have a good idea of what they want to do but are not sure how to act on their goals.
