PTA Officials in Maryland Take a Look at safeTspace

We attended the Maryland PTA’s Summer Leadership Conference, demonstrating safeTspace to hundreds of parents and PTA officials. To say there was tremendous interest in safeTspace is an understatement, as our exhibit booth saw heavy traffic with multiple sign-ups and requests for demonstrations and more information.

One of the most popular items at our exhibit was safeTadviser, the parental tool we developed as one of our suite of products. This easy-to-install and use software provides a glossary of acronyms and allows parents to scan a child's IM and emails to identify troublesome phrases and language. As we told attendees at the conference, safeTadviser gives parents the information they need to feel good about their child's online activities, even when they can't be with them every time they go online.

The PTA officials were also interested in our offer to use safeTspace as a school fund-raiser – as children register with us, their schools can earn free computer equipment. If you are interested in this fund-raising aspect of safeTspace, click here for more information.
