While at GE, she turned around a $300 million dollar business unit's processes and culture from being reactive and parochial to proactive and strategic which resulted in the cost of doing business was cut in half and reversed operating losses. While at Lockheed Martin, Janice established a results driven technology allocation strategy which ultimately freed up financial, technical and human resources to enable what is now a billion-dollar enterprise. And most recently, Janice was EVP/CIO of Arbitron, a global information media company best known for its radio listener ratings. As an executive officer, she helped guide the company through a reverse spin, thus establishing itself as a separate company on the NYSE.
Janice has both a B.S and M.S in Applied Mathematics from Drexel University. She has served on Boards of Directors for several non-profit educational institutions focused on adult literacy and post secondary education.
