The choices!! What color granite for the counter tops?  And the cabinets? Cherry? Maple?  These were some of the tough decisions for Jackie and Tyler Webb when selecting the options for their kitchen in their new Park Place Annapolis home.

“We’ll be walking to all our favorite restaurants, so it won’t get much use anyway,” laughs Jackie, an admitted fan of eating out. And when it’s a night to stay in? She’ll call up the Westin and order off the menu, she says.

The Webbs, who have downsized once before, are looking forward to the convenience of Park Place—the parking, the pool, the concierge.  “Location, location, location,” she says. “I’ll be able to walk to Starbucks, and to downtown and not have to find a place to park – we love Annapolis!”
