Intelligent Office has given my practice the professional image it needs.  I have all of the amenities of a large, well appointed office suite at a fraction of the cost.  It has helped me keep my overhead much lower than if I were to rent space, obtain office equipment, utilities, telephone and fax service, and reception staff.  It has given me the freedom to work from my home office and raise my son without sacrificing the image of my business.  For this reason, Intelligent Office is the best solution for today's career mom trying to balance work and family while maintaining a highly professional image. 
 
If I had to pick "best part" of Intelligent Office I would say it's the receptionists.  They are all great to work with; they are always willing to go above and beyond and help you in whatever way you need.  The other day I had my 2 year old son with me when I stopped in to get my mail, and since I had some large packages, Kim offered to carry them to my car and did.  It was very nice of her and made me really appreciate "my" receptionists!  I also love the fact that they will forward your calls to you, ANYWHERE!  That's especially good for me since I travel a lot to see family, and being able to take business calls on my cell phone means that I won't miss an opportunity to help a client. 
 
I also like the design of the Marlton office I am in.  It looks very modern and nice.  Meeting space is very professional and well equipped.  I also like the amenities I am able to offer my clients like really good coffee from real mugs.  I said once to a colleague that you remember really good office coffee and really bad office coffee.  IO definitely has good office coffee.  I know it sounds trivial, but little touches like that make an impression in a client's mind.  I like that. 
 
I would absolutely recommend IO to a colleague or friend looking for affordable, professional office space that comes with great value-added amenities.  It's been great for me and I hope it brings great success for others who use it, too.
