We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters for our fast growing IT Staffing division. We provide IT Staff Augmentation and Permanent Placement services to the major companies in the greater Baltimore area. You will join an existing team in recruiting Information Technology professionals (including Software Developers/Architects, Programmer/Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Testers, DBAs/Data Architects, etc.) for our established and growing list of Baltimore area clients. We provide an optional career path to outside Sales or Management, or you can remain in Recruiting

Requirements:
We are looking for experienced Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting and placing IT professionals. We are looking for a motivated self-starter and team player. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, follow through, make cold calls to potential candidates, and screen applicants for jobs. Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred. This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position plus commission for every person placed! Compensation is commensurate with experience
