Healthy Eating Tip: Eggs are Excellent!

Links between eggs and heart disease have created many misconceptions about this nutritious food. So let's set the record straight: Eat one egg a day and this will not raise cholesterol levels. And eat the WHOLE egg. The yolk is an excellent source of Vitamin D and B12. If you're concerned about the color of your eggs, bear in mind that white and brown eggs are nutritionally equal.
