Fitness Tip: Be a Biker
If your bike is used as a coat rack more than an awesome way to get around, dump your stuff elsewhere! This month is Bike Month so check it out: Bike Month at the League of American Bicyclists site. Get into the spirit by getting some extra exercise and enjoying the prime days of spring. You may find biking to be a great way to clear your mind, and avoid waiting in traffic.
