Embedding Videos in a Post
There are three ways to embed a video in your blog. If you would like to put a YouTube video in your post, go to the YouTube video, find the "About This Video" box on the right side of the page, and copy the line of code under "Embed." In the 4Syndication post editor, click on the HTML icon in your text editor and paste that copy in the box. This is what it will look like displayed: If you have a video file hosted elsewhere, click the filmstrip icon in the text editor, choose the type of media file, and paste the location into the URL box. The type of video can be QuickTime (.mov), Flash (.swf), or Windows Media Viewer (.wmv). It will look like this: Finally, you can videocast through 4Syndication by choosing "Podcast" from the Content Type drop-down menu and pasting your location into the content box. The finished product will be a link for the reader to click on to view the videocast. Using this method you can host the video directly on your own web site.
